Hermino wears a dual hat as Tractus’ lead manager for the business Inc.ubator practice and the firm’s General Manager for China. Since joining Tractus in 2005, he has been directly involved in strategy and feasibility studies of multinational manufacturing investments in Asia including site selection and market research projects. He has worked in a variety of sectors, including garments, electronics, automotive, consumer goods, minerals, and manufacturing, among others. His academic training as an industrial engineer has made Hermino an asset to Tractus’ business Inc.ubator clients where he has run the ramp of stages of multinational projects for business Inc.ubator clients in China including on major investments in automotive parts manufacturing, boat building, food and beverage production, chemical and garments industries.
Before joining Tractus, Herminio worked as General Manager for several multinational companies across European, Soviet Union and in Chinese plants, in the chemicals and food and beverage production sectors. Herminio has also served as Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
